Our Story

It all started in August 2001...

Mid Valley Providers Inc. was founded in August of 2001 by Patti Moore and Debbie Larmour.

Patti and Debbie have many years of experience working alongside adults and children with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings, including but not limited to, Residential and Supported Living Programs.

MVP currently employs 130 hardworking and dedicated staff to serve individuals who require extensive staffing and behavioral support. Spanning both Shasta and Tehama counties, MVP supports eight Residential facilities and twelve Supported Living homes, housing 43 consumers.
