Patti Moore

President, CEO and Co-Founder

Patti has been the CEO of Mid Valley Providers since it’s opening in August 2001. She brings over thirty years of experience working with Developmentally Disabled Adults in many settings. Her core value is MVP's core value: a dedication to supporting clients to become active in their community, independent at home and confident in Self Advocacy.

Debbie larmour

Vice President, CFO and Co-Founder

Debbie has been the CFO of Mid Valley Providers since its founding in August 2001, bringing nearly twenty-five years of experience in the developmental disabilities field. Debbie encourages individuals to foster and maintain lasting relationships and to assist clients in becoming productive members of their community.

 

Melissa estes

Finance Director

With MVP since 2011, Melissa brings 15 years of financial experience. Paired with her strong work-ethic and ability to multi-task, she keeps things running smooth. She is very caring and her compassion towards the consumers is obvious. They enjoy visiting her any chance they get.

Sarah Holleman

Human Resource Director

Sarah joined the MVP team in 2011 as the Receptionist and quickly worked her way up to Human Resource Director. She enjoys interacting with the consumers when they visit the office. Her diligence and knack for getting tasks done at a moment’s notice make her a vital part of the office team.

 

Shannon DorE

Residential Program Director

Shannon has been with MVP since 2006 and was a Direct Care Professional for over ten years. Shannon works diligently to oversee and maintain a safe and caring environment for all of our consumers, through structure, encouragement, and positive reinforcement.

 

Dawn Chase

SLS Program Director

Beginning her career as a Personal Attendant for MVP in 2009, Dawn has worked her way up the ladder. She was eager to learn and always willing to help out wherever needed. As the SLS Director she utilizes her problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure the consumers are happy, healthy, and safe in their own homes.

 

 

Beth Richoux

Assistant SLS Director/Administrative Assistant

In 2003, Beth began her journey with Mid Valley Providers. She has worn many “hats” over the years and enjoys seeing the consumers grow and learn. She is looking forward to meeting new people and watching the company flourish.
